By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

Ressivo provides a cloud-based online booking platform that enables users to manage bookings, scheduling, payments, and related operations. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.

5. Payment Terms

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ressivo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ressivo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain Your Content for a reasonable period to allow you to export it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
